CrossFit®

At CrossFit Tunbridge Wells, we believe fitness is for everyone and that finding a training routine that you love to do is probably the best thing that you could do for yourself. Our gym is has not only our expertly programmed training and great coaches, but also for our fantastic community. As a member of our fitness family, you’ll notice just how special it is to workout alongside other positive, supportive people in an environment of fun and friendly competition.

Our coaches are qualified to hep your with in fat loss, muscle gain, and increasing the health longevity of our members through both nutrition and functional fitness. We modify movements and develop workouts that challenge any and every body type and experience level. So, whether you’re brand new to working out or you’re an experienced athlete, we bet you’ll be hooked by day one. It’s time to move beyond your limits and discover what you’re really capable of.

Our group CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations. These CrossFit® classes are set to high-energy music, filled with good vibes, and are attended by some of the most motivated people we’ve ever met. This is perhaps the most fun and efficient way to help you build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind.

CrossFit® Juniors & Teens

The commitment to our children’s future is crucial and there has never been a more critical time to teach our kids the importance of physical activity and what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. CrossFit® has changed all of our lives immeasurably for the better in many different ways and now it can do the same for Kids and Teens too.

The CrossFit® Kids’ program is broken down into two age groups:
Juniors (ages 6-10)
Teens (ages 11-14)

Each of these groups is broken down to meet the developmental needs of children. Please note that age is not the only deciding factor for what class he or she attends. It is individual skill, athleticism, and maturity and is ultimately decided upon by the coaches to ensure your child is getting the best CrossFit® experience.

We are passionate and committed to this endeavour; your child’s safety and opportunity to enhance their personal lives are our primary focus. We wanted to take this opportunity, now that the Kids Class is underway, to set some policies and procedures for the safety of your child and the effectiveness of their CrossFit® class experience.

Juniors = £35 per month for 1 session per week.

Teens = £45 per month for 1 sessions per week.

CrossFit® Pre-Teens

As of 2024 we now offer a new CrossFit® Pre-Teens Class for children aged 8-10.​ This class will be at 10:30 on a saturday.

The CrossFit® Tunbridge Wells Pre-Teens class is an opportunity for the children to be challenged more by working on advanced skills with the view of adding resistance exercises into their workouts that would otherwise not be possible with the younger children present.

These classes will also introduce fun teamwork and problem solving dynamics to keep them engaged and excited week on week.

The younger ones will also benefit as they will continue to have a chance to develop and shine in a nurturing environment whilst also being able to play fun age appropriate games alongside the CrossFit® fundamentals for kids.

Beginners Course

At CrossFit Tunbridge Wells, we are committed to making our members confident and “educated athletes” who are invested in CrossFit® as the most effective means of achieving lifelong health and fitness.

We understand that starting something new can be scary, especially if you don’t have a background in sports or going to the gym and this is your first time exploring getting fit.

That’s why we have a 1-1 beginners course to guide you through the first steps to a fitter and healthier version of yourself. Over the course of 3 private sessions, you will learn all the basics that you can then build upon in our CrossFit® Classes.

Instead of having to come into class and learn a new movement or technique from scratch, you will already have the basics and can instead just focus on improving class after class.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 3 hours of CrossFit® Beginners coaching from our qualified coaches with over a decade combined of experience.
  • Individual movement assessment.
  • Nutrition quick start guide.

At CrossFit Tunbridge Wells we don’t believe in tying you into a contract.

We hope you don’t, but you can cancel your membership at any time. If you are cancelling while still under a discounted agreement, all you will have to pay is the difference between the membership you were on and the one that reflects the time you were an active member.
